Arch. Marvin Louie Tongol brings a meticulous eye for detail and design excellence to his role as Architectural Director, overseeing corporate offices, upscale residential projects, and specialized recreational builds such as chapels.

A graduate of Mapúa Institute of Technology (B.S. Architecture), Marvin previously dedicated seven years to C.T. Onglao Architects & Interior Design, where he delivered prestigious luxury resorts and boutique hotels, including Balesin Island and Seda Hotel Nuvali.

IDr. Maica C. Tongol leads as Interior Design Director, bringing years of expertise across residential estates, condominium units, progressive preschools, clinics, and school wellness facilities.

A University of Santo Tomas B.S. Interior Design alumna, Maica honed her specialty in resort hotels and commercial spaces with prominent firms such as Gruppo Espazio Company, C.T. Onglao Architects, and AnD Associates Inc. Her high-profile commercial portfolio includes notable hospitality destinations such as Vikings Buffet, Niu by Vikings, Taal Vista Café Veranda, and Camp Netanya Resort.
